Materials Included
This workshop will focus on MIG and TIG welding, and a variety of sheet metal fabrication techniques for the purposes of making a small, steel box. We’ll look at examples of boxes and discuss making templates, how to safely use specific tools (such as an angle grinder, slip roll, and brake) to cut and form metal, and we’ll weld everything together with the MIG and TIG welders. To finish up, we’ll discuss patinas, and other finishes that can make our boxes uniquely our own.
